Prepare presentation level graphics at each stage of design for review with the client and other stakeholders

Create several alternative logo concepts
Create a refined logo based upon the desired attributes of preliminary concepts
Create a final logo design and integrate it with preliminary signage/monument designs, letterhead and other graphics

Prepare a landscape and amenity development program
Create several alternative preliminary landscape/urban design concept plans
Create a refined landscape/urban design concept plan based upon the desired attributes of preliminary concepts
Create a final landscape/urban design concept plan based client and stakeholder comment
Prepare presentation level graphics at each stage of design for review with the client and other stakeholders
Develop preliminary and final monument & signage design concepts, integrated with logo design
Community and neighborhood identification & wayfinding

PowerPoint presentations and other graphics exhibits for presentations

Community and neighborhood identification, directional, interpretive, model complex
Coordination with sign contractor, lighting consultant and structural engineer

Design Review Committee member
Plan review services for HOAs, Metropolitan Districts, master developers and homebuilders
