Amberley Heights at Vallagio, Home Run!

Aug 24, 2017

Congratulations to Peter Kudla and Metropolitan Residential Advisors for hitting one out of the park! If you missed page one of the latest Colorado Real Estate Journal, Amberley Heights at Vallagio just sold for a record price of $402,000 per unit and $267 a square foot. Consilium Design is proud to be a member of the Amberley Heights design team and our long-standing relationship with Metropolitan. It is rewarding to work with a client like Peter that places design in the forefront of every new neighborhood and community he does.

Vallagio at Inverness is nearing build-out with the soon to be completed Malbec apartment neighborhood immediately to the west of Amberley Heights. We encourage you to ride light rail to the Dry Creek Station and walk across the pedestrian bridge that leads you right to Main Street, Vallagio. Have dinner, a drink and stroll around and experience the best of “Midtown” living.
