Consilium Design led the site design effort for the Sun Kingdom golf clubhouse neighborhood, working closely with Woodley Architectural Group. Concepts were developed for both the clubhouse and residences that took advantage of the dramatic topography of the site, creating striking architectural forms that maximize views to the golf course and surrounding scenery of Sun Kingdom.  A conscious decision was also made to improve the relationships between the existing golf course, practice facilities, community drive and neighborhood access.  The result is an unforgettable, integrated golf and residential living experience with a focus on outdoor leisure and luxury.
