At Consilium Design, we are partnering with EVstudio on a design of a 500 unit multi-family, mixed use, and transit-oriented development project in Lone Tree, Colorado.

We provided the streetscape and amenity space design for this project nested right along the I-25 that will be connected to the RidgeGate Parkway RTD light rail station. Our partners at Evstudio have posted a blog about this new development.
