• Context — We created exceptional planting design which works to mesh the new enclave of homes to the surrounding community

The Parkside at RidgeGate project is a 6.8-acre neighborhood located within the RidgeGate community in Lone Tree, Colorado. This intimate enclave of 31 single-family homes is located on a prime property adjacent to the open space and within walking distance of the Lone Tree Recreation Center and new Lone Tree Center for the Performing Arts. Careful attention has been paid to the site planning and landscape architecture, using quality materials for fencing, walls and planting design to create a rich streetscape. The homes exhibit a contemporary and unique architectural style that enhances the whole community.
