A Note from Our Principal, Craig Karn

May 31, 2019

A Note from our Principal, Craig Karn: My appointment to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Land Development Committee.

I have been serving on the Land Development Committee’s Land Use Policy Sub-Committee since 2014, and I am honored to receive this new appointment and to continue my service to the NAHB and our industry.

Our Spring committee meeting is in June, and some of the topics we’ll be discussing include:

  • Opportunity Zone Regulations
  • Creating ‘Home for All’ Outreach
  • Diversifying Housing Options with Smaller Lots and Smaller Homes Report

If any of my colleagues have land development issues and think it would be beneficial to have input from your industry peers around the country, please share it with me and I can bring it up for discussion at the committee meeting next week.

Thank you,

Craig
