Hawthorn
Hawthorn is Jefferson County’s latest environmentally conscious neighborhood north of Golden, Colorado at the northeast corner of 58th Avenue and Highway 93. This great 199 home residential neighborhood has over 25 acres of open space which includes parks, trails, playgrounds, and the preservation of the Van Bibber Creek corridor which encompasses many mature native trees, shrubs and wildlife habitats.

The Vallagio luxury condominium rentals are the latest addition to the already successful Vallagio at Inverness neighborhood. High Point – Mixed Use
High Point is a 1800 acre mixed-use, master planned community adjacent to Denver International Airport in both Aurora and Denver, CO. The community will ultimately include over 12 million square feet of commercial development and 3000 residential units.
Sun Kingdom G – Chongqing, P.R. China
Sun Kindom G is a single family residential neighborhood located adjacent to the golf course at Sun Kingdom. This neighborhood includes a great design collaboration between Consilium Desing and Woodley Architectural Group to provide the entire Sun Kingdom community a signature golf course clubhouse and many new luxury homes for Sun Kingdom.
The Lake Shore – Chongqing, P.R. China
The Lake Shore is a Tranisit Oriented Development (TOD) located in Chongqing with approximately 680,000 square meters of building development anticipated within the community, including over 60,000 square meters of commercial/retail and as many as 4,000 residential units. An extensive, interconnected system of open spaces, parkways and amenities create the exciting backdrop for new urban living for residents
Leyden Rock – Arvada, CO
Leyden Rock is a natural extension of the City of Arvada and provides a gateway to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. This new neighborhood provides internal open spaces and trails that connect to regional open spaces, conservation areas and the Jefferson County and City of Arvada existing and proposed trail systems. Leyden Rock is a flexible development that has homes and amenities that reflect the active Colorado lifestyle for a broad range of residents, including young families, active adults and mature residents.
Parkside at RidgeGate – Lone Tree, CO
The Parkside at RidgeGate project is a 6.8 acre single family neighborhood located within the RidgeGate community in Lone Tree. This intimate enclave of 31 homes is located on a prime property adjacent to open space and is with walking distance of the Lone Tree Recreation Center and new Lone Tree Center for the Performing Arts. Consilium provided site planning and landscape architectural services for this project using quality materials for fencing, walls and planting design creating a rich streetscape. The homes will exhibit a contemporary and unique architectural style that will enhance the RidgeGate community.
Richards Farm – Arvada, CO
Richards Farm is a 32 acre community located in Arvada, Colorado. The community feel and design of this project are rooted in the history and heritage of the site itself.
Tanterra at Centennial – Centennial, Colorado
Tanterra is a 387 acre mixed-use master planned community, located at the intersection of Broncos Parkway and S. Chambers Road in the heart of Centennial, Colorado.
Whisper Creek – Arvada, CO
Whisper Creek II introduces a 92 acre mixed-use neighborhood center addition to the Whisper Creek master plan. A variety of residential uses including multi-family, town homes, duplex single-family and single family homes are included in the plan, providing diversity and an effective transition from other residential neighborhoods.
Cobblestone Crossing – Commercial
Cobblestone Crossing will reflect the history, culture and character that the City and County of Broomfield is pursuing and is evident from the surrounding landuses like Legacy High School and Broomfield Event Center.
Pinery West – Commercial
Pinery West is a 14 acre parcel of land in Douglas County located at North Pinery Parkway and Parker Road directly across from the Pinery Country Club. This land abuts the Cherry Creek open space and is in close proximity to Parker. Consilium Design provided landscape architecture and community imaging for this project featuring single family homes as well as commercial lots. Work also included providing entry monument design and as well as regevetation landscape for Fonder Draw. Consilium provided site planning and conceptual design and imaging for the Pinery West Town Center to the north which features a grocery anchor, in-line retail and a central located open space/activity area amenity.
O’Malley Glen – Mixed Use
O’Malley Glen is a 157 acre mixed-use, master planned community in Berthoud, Colorado that celebrates the character and qualities of traditional Berthoud neighborhoods and its historic downtown core.
